Computer Engineering

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering offers two degrees for Computer Engineering online through Engineering Outreach:
  • Master of Engineering (M. Engr.)
    A non-thesis degree, requiring a minimum of 30 credits to graduate.
  • Master of Science (M.S.)
    Requires writing a thesis and completing a minimum of 30 credits to graduate.

Applications received after the deadline but before the official start of the semester for which you are seeking entry will be accepted only if additional students can be accommodated.

If the deadline has already passed, you can apply as a nondegree student and take courses until your graduate application is accepted. Work with your adviser to ensure the course(s) can be applied to toward your degree.
