Registration and Fee Information

Registration procedures
You must be admitted to the University of Idaho before registering for Engineering Outreach courses (see Admission and Student Checklist with Engineering Outreach).

Students taking EO-delivered courses must register on VandalWeb. Read the VandalWeb Registration Instructions for a step-by-step process on how to register and remove any holds from your account prior to registering.

Military students and veterans, see information regarding Military and Veterans Services.

Registration deadlines
Engineering Outreach students are encouraged to register early, especially for graduate-level courses that are scheduled for production during the current semester.  Some courses have enrollment caps, and all courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient enrollments. Students who register or pay after the first day of the semester will be assessed
late fees. Refer to the EO Calendar for registration and refund deadlines.

Registering for courses creates a financial obligation to the University of Idaho. If there is any doubt about a course meeting your needs, contact the instructor prior to registering. If you change your mind after registering, contact EO immediately for information about dropping courses.

Drops, Adds, Course Status Changes and Incompletes
If you have already registered, and would like to add or drop a class, change your course registration status or request a grade of I (incomplete), see Drops, Add, Course Status Changes & Incompletes.

Fees
Course fees are subject to change by the Board of Regents of the University of Idaho. Fees do not include expenses for textbooks and software. See EO Fees
for current fee amounts, payment options, refunds, additional costs, and financial aid.
